What this covers

This notice covers the standalone Workbench private beta at platform.workbenchorders.com. It does not cover a Shopify store or another sales channel.

Information Workbench handles

We handle the account details needed to sign you in and the workshop information you choose to enter, including jobs, customers, contact details, delivery addresses, production notes and personalisation instructions.

Why it is used

We use this information to provide and secure the service, show your workshop its work, respond to support requests, diagnose faults and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use workshop records for advertising.

Service providers

Workbench uses specialist providers for authentication, hosting and database infrastructure. They process information only as needed to provide those services. We will update this notice before adding optional analytics that changes what is collected.

Retention and your choices

Workshop records are retained while the beta is active and as needed for recovery, security and legal obligations. You can correct customer information inside Workbench. To request access, correction, export or deletion of account or workshop information, contact us.
